At the end of the second set of the last show of the summer 1999 U.S. tour on 7/26/99, Trey stopped to tell the fans in attendance how much their support meant to the band. He specifically complimented the crowd for the way they usually handle themselves, especially in light of the criminal events at the Woodstock ‘99 festival. When the band retook the stage for the encore, they launched into a seemingly unrehearsed rendition of CSNY's version of the Joni Mitchell-penned classic, “Woodstock.” They made it through a verse, two choruses, and a brief guitar solo.
